You will be responsible for making nigiri, omakase, rolls, and creative dishes.

Lunch: Mon-Fri: 11:30am-2:00pm, Sat & Sun: 12:00pm-3:00pm
Dinner: Mon-Fri: 5:00pm – Last Seating 8:00pm (Last call 8:15pm), Sat & Sun: 5:00pm – Last Seating 8:15pm (Last call 8:30pm)
Seating: 40 inside, 40 outside
<Requirements>
- At least 5 years of experience as a sushi chef
- English level to serve customers (Japanese is a plus)
- Must have work status to work in the U.S.
- Must have or plan to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.
