<Requirements>
– Leadership, management and planning (for Head Sushi Chef applicants)
– At least 8 years of experience as a sushi chef (preferred)
– Experience in managing food and labor costs, menu development, pricing, and training culinary team (Preferred)
– Bilingual English and Japanese (preferred)
