<Job Overview>
・Prepare sushi dishes based on recipes and guest requests
・Verify the quality and freshness of all ingredients
・Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of food and kitchen equipment
・Support overall kitchen operations and ensure prompt, efficient service

<Requirements>
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・10+ years of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
・Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various sushi preparation techniques
・Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
・Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
・Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
