• Sushi preparation (preparation, sashimi, sushi rolling, and swift service)
• Ingredient management (inventory, ordering, freshness checks, and proper storage)
• Hygiene management (cleaning, disinfection, and organization)
• Kitchen equipment and facility management (maintenance, operation, and upkeep)
• Quality control (sushi quality and presentation checks, and improvements)
• Operational efficiency (swift cooking, staff coordination, and peak-time management)
• Safety measures (fire and knife safety management, emergency response)
<Requirements>
• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Visa support available
• 10+ years of experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi experience preferred)
• Experience working in Japan preferred
