- Preference given to candidates holding a Japanese science teaching license or a junior/high school STEM-related teaching license
- Strong passion for education
- Preference given to candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree, a U.S. teaching credential, or professional experience in the education industry
- At least 2 years of experience in the education field
