A Japanese beverage company located in Marina del Rey, California, is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to join the team.

<Job Overview>
A proactive, detail-oriented Sales Account Coordinator is needed to keep our distributor, broker, and retail relationships running smoothly. Reporting directly to the CEO and the CMO/CFO, you will manage day-to-day coordination, data tracking, and on-site support—including product demos at key trade events—so our leadership and sales team can focus on closing deals and growing the business.
<Job Responsibility>
• Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery status; resolve shipment or deduction issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate pricing files, item setup sheets, and promotional calendars.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for broker questions, data pulls, and routine requests.
• Consolidate broker forecasts, promotional plans, and new-item paperwork.
• Schedule, prepare for, and recap quarterly business reviews.
• Respond to store-level or chain-headquarters inquiries (reorders, void corrections, shelf-tag requests).
• Coordinate product samples, POS materials, and merchandising needs.
• Update CRM entries, velocity trackers, and KPI dashboards each week.
• Compile sell-through and depletion reports, flagging risks and opportunities for the sales team.
• Prepare presentations, line sheets, promo forms, and trade-show collateral.
• Assist with logistics for distributor meetings, trade shows, and regional events.
• Conduct or assist with in-store demos, distributor ride-withs, and sampling sessions at trade shows or
regional events to showcase.
• Partner with marketing on POS assets, launch kits, and campaign alignment.
• Work closely with operations to confirm inventory availability and lead times.
• Identify workflow gaps or data inconsistencies and propose process or system improvements.
**Up to 25 % (local / regional, occasional overnights)
<Requirements>
・Authorized to work in the United States
・2+ years in beverage or CPG sales support / account coordination.
・Skilled in order management, broker or distributor relationships, and basic retail math.
・Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
・ Working knowledge of CRM or ERP system
・ Based in Marina del Rey, CA; able to travel up to 25 %.
・ Valid driver’s license.
・Detail-oriented and calm under shifting deadlines.
・Skilled in order management, broker or distributor relationships, and basic retail math. Clear, professional
communicator—phone, email, and in-person.
<Bonus Experience>
・ Experience with UNFI / KeHE portals or major beverage distributors.
・ Familiarity with Nielsen/IRI, SPINS, or distributor depletion data.
・Japanese language skills.
