A Japanese IT company located in San Diego, California is seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Representative.
This role allows you to be involved in the entire sales process—from identifying potential clients, to making proposals, to closing deals. Even if you have no prior experience in the IT industry, our team will provide full support!
<Job Summary>
Provide sales and solutions to address the needs of Japanese companies and local businesses, primarily in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles.
<Responsibilities>
・Website design and development
・System development
・Hosting services
・Advertising sales for local media
・Online marketing (Google Ads management, SEO, etc.)
・Planning and organizing seminars and business networking events
<Requirements>
・Bachelor’s degree
・Valid work authorization in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
・U.S. driver’s license
・Basic PC skills
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and communication skills
<Preferred Skills>
・Sales experience (especially in new business development)
・Knowledge or experience in web, IT, or marketing fields
