We are currently recruiting a Remote Recruiter for the HRAIT Seattle Branch, our staffing and recruitment agency division.
This is a fully remote, commission-based position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States. No prior experience in the staffing industry or as a recruiter is required.
We welcome individuals who enjoy communicating with people and who can think independently and take initiative in their work.

You will support job seekers throughout their job search and career transition by researching and sourcing candidates for positions handled by the HRAIT Seattle Branch, conducting interviews with job seekers, introducing job opportunities, and following up with candidates throughout the selection process.
You can work flexibly according to your own schedule.
＜Responsibilities＞
・Research and source candidates who meet job requirements
・Scout and approach potential candidates
・Conduct interviews with job seekers and understand their preferences, requirements, and experience
・Introduce job opportunities to job seekers
・Support candidates throughout their job search and career transition
・Coordinate interview schedules and follow up during the selection process
・Manage candidate information and selection status
・Other recruiting-related duties
＜Requirements＞
・Ability to communicate professionally in both Japanese and English
・Basic PC skills
・Comfortable communicating online
・Ability to think independently and take initiative in carrying out tasks
・Legally authorized to work in the United States
＜Preferred Qualifications＞
・Experience in staffing, recruiting, or the HR industry
・Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail, or customer service
・Experience in candidate research, sourcing, or recruiting outreach
