Remote Recruiter｜HRAIT

aiTWorks, the company that operates this site, is　currently seeking a Remote Recruiter (Sales Position) to join our Human Resource Agent Division (HRAIT).

This position is based at our Honolulu branch office, and you may work remotely from Japan.

We are looking for individuals who can go beyond completing assigned tasks, think independently, apply creativity, and deliver results. This role is ideal for those with a strong sales mindset who are highly motivated to succeed.

＜Main Responsibilities＞

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients (including identifying hiring needs, creating job postings, and providing consulting support to achieve successful hires)

• Engage in business development activities to acquire new clients (primarily via email and phone)

• Conduct interviews with job seekers

• Perform research activities

• Create and upload job postings

• Support candidates through their career change or job search process

• Handle data entry tasks

• Report progress toward budget targets through weekly and monthly reports

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisors

＜Requirements＞

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

• Strong PC skills (proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites)

• Practical experience in sales, retail, or other communication-focused roles

• Office work experience

• Experience in the recruitment/HR industry preferred
