aiTWorks, the owner of this website, is looking for a Recruiter for our Recruitment Agency Division (HRAIT).
This is a full remote position! We welcome both experienced and inexperienced recruiters!
<Main Responsibilities>
- Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients (interviewing job needs, creating job offers, consulting on how to achieve recruitment, etc.)
- Sales activities to acquire new clients
- Interviews with job seekers
- Research
- Job creation and uploading of job offers
- Supporting candidates in their career change and job search
- Data entry
- Reporting progress toward meeting budget targets in weekly/monthly reports
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
<Requirements>
- Business level of Japanese and English
- PC skills (familiar with MS Office and Goodle Suits)
- Experience in communication work such as sales and marketing
- Experience in office work
- Experience in human resources industry/HR experience preferred
