Ramen chef kitchen duties (food quality control, sanitation) while communicating with customers and staff. This is a Japanese-owned ramen restaurant with a Japanese owner.

- Must have a U.S. work visa
- Bilingual in English and Japanese
- Experience in the kitchen (previous experience working in a ramen restaurant is a plus).
