A Japanese company in El Monte, CA is looking for a Project Manager Assistant. Which specializes in the sales, installation, and maintenance of low-voltage equipment and services, including telecommunications, IT networking, security cameras, and access control.
The role involves assisting in planning and executing projects, providing support for both sales and technical teams across a wide range of responsibilities. Even those without experience in telecommunications or IT are welcome to apply.

<Job Overview & Responsibilities>
- General phone handling / Assisting with troubleshooting for equipment and services
- Sales support / Vendor research, fact-finding, and creating estimates
- Assisting the project manager / Ordering, confirming, and shipping items, helping with project progress, and inputting information (Documentation)
<Requirements>
- Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. (OPT not accepted)
- Business-level English and Japanese proficiency
- Basic knowledge of PC operations (Email, Excel, Word, etc.)
- No prior industry experience required, applications from beginners welcome
