A construction company, South Carolina, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team.
This position will coordinate, manage, and oversee the activities of various construction projects from start to finish, working with clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and engineers to assist in decision making on behalf of the project team.
<Requirements>
Minimum of 5 years related experience in industrial construction projects
∙ Experience in civil engineering and construction sites (concrete, steel, exterior walls, MEP, etc.).
・Experience communicating with competent authorities.
∙ Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills
∙ Experience working with manufacturing clients in a variety of situations
∙ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and identify inconsistencies and areas of contention within the documents
