<Job Description>
Visit customers and potential customers’ stores to provide information and support needed to secure and retain business.
Build good relationships with customers within assigned territory to maximize profits.
Grow the business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service.
Understand and implement sales plans and price adjustments as directed by management.
Communicate feedback collected on new products and through field activities to appropriate company staff.
Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of payments.
Work with the Area Team Manager or (Assistant) Sales Manager to assist in setting sales goals for the territory.
Work with assigned operations and logistics staff to achieve territory sales goals.
Submit sales activity reports and other reports as required.
Participate in quarterly inventory counts.
Perform other related duties as required.
Other duties as directed Japanese, Chinese, Korean/English required.
<Requirements>
English: Business level
・Japanese/Chinese/Korean: Business level
∙ Must be able to drive for the majority of daily work hours to visit customers in assigned area
∙ Able to lift 15-25 lbs.
∙ Have and maintain a clean driving record
∙ High school graduate or equivalent education
