<Business Description>
∙ Greetings to customers
∙ Conducting walk-throughs of homes to coordinate work performed by contractors
∙ Provide quality customer service before, during, and after delivery of household goods in face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions with customers
∙ Assist drivers in parking and backing trucks for safety reasons
∙ Pack and unpack client’s belongings, hang clothes, make beds, and organize kitchen
∙ Prepare documents related to client needs, invoices, moves, inventory, and schedules
*There is no heavy lifting involved.
