Moving Coordinator｜Major Japanese Logistics Company

A major Japanese logistics company located in Louisville, Kentucky  is looking for a Moving Coordinator.

<Job Summary>
As one of our Field Representative Coordinators, you will be part of a team of moving experts whose
primary responsibilities are moving and transporting household items to and from our client’s homes
and our warehouse. You will be providing an exclusive and sophisticated customer service
experience to our clients while interfacing with international clients who are primarily from Japan.
It is extremely important you believe in delivering a great experience to our clients.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Greet clients upon arriving at their homes.
・Conduct walkthrough of homes to coordinate work to be performed by our movers.
・Provide quality customer service during all interactions with the customer in person, on the
phone or via email before, during and after the household items are delivered.
・Assist driver of truck when parking/backing up for safety purposes.
・Pack and unpack clients’ belongings, hang clothes, make beds and organize kitchens.
・Prepare documentation relating to client needs, invoices, moving, inventory and scheduling.

<Requirements>
・Japanese Bilingual
・Authorization to work in the USA
・Basic Typing Skills.
・May be asked to move and lift items not to exceed 50 lbs.
・Japanese language skill strongly desired as most of our international clients prefer to speak in the Japanese language
