A clinical research organization based in Los Alamitos, California is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join its growing team.
The company has become one of the leading clinical research providers in the country and is the largest in Southern California.
＜Job Summary＞
You will work alongside a medical team of approximately 20–30 members to support clinical trials.
Responsibilities include:
・General medical assistant duties such as blood draws, vital sign measurement, and paper-based data entry
・Answering phone calls when necessary
＜Requirements＞
・Valid U.S. work authorization
・1–2 years of relevant experience
・Required certification for the role
・(Ideal) Trilingual in English, Japanese, and Chinese; (Preferred) Bilingual in English and Japanese
・Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
