A major Japanese restaurant chain located in New York, NY is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy, branding, market research, and digital marketing initiatives.
This position will drive overall marketing activities to support company growth and strengthen the brand’s presence in the market. The selected candidate will also manage and develop members of the marketing team, ensuring that branding and promotional initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with business goals.
We welcome candidates who can go beyond day-to-day campaign execution, analyze business objectives and market trends, and independently develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand value and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
・Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
・Plan and manage the production of marketing materials, advertisements, and campaigns
・Lead branding and promotional initiatives
・Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose improvements
・Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior analysis
・Analyze and provide recommendations on pricing strategy and market positioning
・Manage digital marketing efforts, including the company website, social media, and online content
・Plan and execute SEO strategies, web analytics, and email marketing initiatives
・Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns
・Build relationships with external vendors, partners, and industry professionals
・Collaborate with internal departments to execute marketing initiatives
・Manage, guide, and develop marketing team members
・Perform other duties related to marketing and business operations
Requirements
・5+ years of professional experience in a marketing department
・Business-level English proficiency
・Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
・Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions
・Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
・Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
・Ability to lead a team and manage and develop team members
・Valid work authorization in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
・Marketing experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
・Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent education and/or professional experience
・Japanese communication skills
・Experience in brand strategy, digital advertising, social media management, SEO, and market research
・Management or team leadership experience
