Marketing Assistant | Leading Japanese Food Distributor

A leading Japanese food trading and distribution company in Commerce, California, is seeking a Marketing Assistant (Mainstream Grocery).

＜Job Duties＞
・Manage and customize internal and external data sets; track sales progress and generate comprehensive reports for team meetings.
・Maintain the image database and provide syndicated data (Circana) support and analysis.
・Work directly with the Marketing Manager to coordinate logistics and execution for industry food shows.
・Assist Account Managers with communication with customers, vendors, and branch sales
・Support the team with grocery space planning
・Manage smaller accounts
・Other related duties as needed

＜Requirements＞
・Previous office experience required
・Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access) with proficient typing and 10-key skills.
・Excellent English language and interpersonal communication skills.
・Excellent attention to detail
・Excellent organization and time-management skills
・Dependable work ethic
・Proven ability to maintain high accuracy and organization under tight deadlines.
