A Japanese advertising agency located in Culver City, California is seeking a Marketing Assistant.
Candidates who are interested in spreading Japanese business, culture, and content to the U.S. market and audience, and who have a passion for marketing in general, are welcome.
<Summary>
This role involves working as a Marketing Assistant, providing support to the producers.
<Responsibilities>
・ Researching and developing marketing ideas for potential projects
・ Supporting the creation of pitch decks and reports for ongoing projects
・ Assisting in project management (including digital marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, brand video creation, event coordination, etc.)
・ Managing and creating content for clients’ social media accounts
・ Communication with vendors
<Qualifications>
・ Passion for marketing and advertising across all media, with a desire to learn and advance in their career
・ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
・ At least 3 years of industry experience
・ Strong interest in Japanese culture
・ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
・ Proficiency in social media, pop culture, and news trends
・ Basic technology skills, including Google Suite (Gmail, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
・ Must be able to commute to the Culver City office; remote work is not currently available
・ Bilingual (Japanese/English) preferred
