A major Japanese logistics company in Wood Dale, Illinois is looking for a Logistics Analyst to join their team.
<Job Description>
Standardize warehouse operations and procedures according to a management system for quality and customer service satisfaction
Continuous improvement of quality warehouse management through PCDA cycle
Prepare monthly management reports for senior management review
Analyze customer requirements and assist with quotes and operations as needed
Participate in branch and corporate sales projects and quarterly online meetings
Build and maintain relationships with various offices, vendors and customers
Possess 3S/5S knowledge and execution skills, etc.
<Requirements>
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record is desirable
Ability to speak Japanese is desirable
