<Job Summary>
Responsible for all aspects of food preparation including food preparation. Hygienic food handling ensures that high quality food is prepared to specifications and you will be constantly practicing in your respective kitchen when you have time.
<Job Description>
- Deliver food proficiently according to established procedures.
- Coordinate and work under the direction of the Chef/Supervisor and communicate daily.
- Work with Chef/Supervisor to coordinate and handle special event preparations.
- Attend kitchen meetings as scheduled.
- Communicate repair issues to Manager/Supervisor.
- Ensure safe food handling and preparation.
- Work with Chef/Supervisor in connection with the preparation and cooking of seasonal foods.
<Requirements>
- Must have a U.S. work visa
- Knife cooking skills required.
- Must be proficient in handling kitchen equipment and utensils
- Kitchen experience or fine dining experience is a plus
