Michelin-starred, upscale sushi restaurant group in New York City is looking for a part-time kitchen position.
<Job Description>
・Checking fish deliveries in the morning.
・Prepare fish
・Preparation of appetizers
・Manage the freezer/refrigeration stocker as directed by the head chef.
・Manage and check inventory of foodstuffs
・Assist the dishwasher when hands are available.
・Assist the head chef with cooking (rubbing wasabi, etc.)
<Requirements>
・Able to unload fish.
・Japanese (Speaking and Listening)
