<Job Overview>
・Train, manage, and supervise kitchen staff
・Oversee and coordinate restaurant cooking activities, manage attendance and overall staffing
・Handle food ordering and establish food quality standards
・Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment and maintain safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
・Support overall store operations and other related tasks
<Requirements>
・Experience as a Kitchen Manager in a restaurant
・Knowledge and experience in kitchen operations
・Passion for customer service and leadership skills
・Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, kitchen equipment, and kitchen operations
・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
・Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
