<Job Overview>
They are seeking a hands-on Sales Support & Field Technician (“Beer Ambassador”) to assist with product distribution, equipment handling, and store-level brand quality control for a major Japanese beer company.
This role combines customer service, fieldwork, and logistics support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously while staying aligned with a small, Japanese-speaking internal team.
<Job Duties>
This role will also serve as a Japanese Beer Brand Ambassador, with responsibilities including equipment maintenance and sales support.
- Visit restaurants and retail locations for client support (route sales)
- Deliver, set up, and maintain beer-related equipment
- Check in-store product quality (e.g., temperature, freshness)
- Coordinate with internal teams and generate reports
- Manage daily schedule and communication via Google Drive
**Includes a 3-month training period
<Requirements>

Valid work authorization in the U.S.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
- Business-level Japanese; basic English communication required
- Experience using Excel, Word, and Google Drive
- Prior experience in hospitality or working with Japanese companies preferred
- Must be physically capable of lifting equipment and standing for extended periods
- Multilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, or Korean are a plus
