*Position: IT Sales
*Employment Type: Direct hire, full time
*Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
*Location: Work from our LA office or fully remote
*Salary: $25/hour and up (based on ability and experience)
*Job Description
Communicate with existing and new clients via email, text, phone, and Zoom meetings in English and Japanese. (Face-to-face correspondence: rare.)
Research work
Propose and implement marketing strategies and improvement plans to increase sales
Developing new clients through email marketing and social media marketing
IT outsourcing proposals / Zoom meetings and face-to-face presentations for new clients
Prepare/present daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Participate in internal and departmental meetings
Educate clients on new IT services
Direction to IT engineers and professional staff, etc.
*Requirements
English required. Native or business level
Japanese required. Native or Business level (JPLT N1 level)
Sales experience required
IT sales experience preferred
Advanced IT skill holders preferred
