A Japanese industrial equipment manufacturer located in San Jose, CA is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team.
The company manufactures industrial electrical equipment, plastic products and components.

<Requirements>
・Able to speak Japanese and English
・Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
・Bilingual (Japanese and English)
・Experience working in an office environment
・Preferred: Experience in sales and customer service (2+ years)
・Preferred: Experience in manufacturing industry
<Duties>
・Quote forecasting, purchasing, order processing
・Customer delivery planning & scheduling
・Respond to customer denial requests
・Meet sales targets.
・Gather information on sales market trends and competitors.
・Perform other duties as assigned by management.
