A Japanese food wholesale company in Carlstadt, NJ is looking for an Inside Sales Position.

<Job Description>
・Ensure that customers, clients, and vendors receive excellent customer service by providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and assisting each customer, maintaining exceptional product knowledge, and all other elements of customer service.
・Contact existing customers and develop business by selling the company’s product lines and providing value-added services and inventory information.
・Maintain up-to-date customer information, including sales contracts, bonded inventory requirements, contract terms, and other relevant account details.
・Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales growth targets to be agreed annually with the Area Team Manager or Deputy Team Manager.
・Keep abreast of new products and recommend replacements for out-of-stock items.
・Provide new and current customers with product information including pricing, delivery dates, stock availability, backorder availability, functionally equivalent cross-matches, and value-added product information.
・Negotiate and establish sales quotas based on the volume of product to be purchased and the nature of the market in order to effectively offer competitive pricing and ensure the highest profitability.
・Make phone calls to introduce our products to end users in order to achieve company-wide sales quotas.
・Perform other related duties as assigned. Etc.
<Requirements>
・Must have working status to work in the U.S.
・Knowledge of Asian food products.
・Business level English or above
・2 years of experience in food or alcohol sales preferred
