<Job Description>
- Review, track, and document compliance with each company training program.
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct or obtain background checks and employee credential verifications.
- Conduct new hire orientation, annual performance reviews, employee recognition, and employee engagement programs.
- Perform daily tasks necessary to administer and implement HR programs.
- Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

- Business level English and Japanese
- Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
