A Japanese cuisine restaurant located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is seeking a Head Sushi Chef.
As we are planning to relocate to a new location around October, there is an opportunity to work at the new establishment.

＜Requirements＞
- Business-level English and conversational-level Japanese preferred (Japanese language is not mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Sushi Chef.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
