The restaurant is a two-story building with a lounge/bar and dining room on the first floor and a dining room on the second floor,
The first floor is a lounge/bar and dining room, and the second floor is a dining room.
The restaurant will offer Japanese cuisine, fine kaiseki and sushi menus.
<Requirements>
Good communication skills in English
3-5 years of experience as a manager in a high-end restaurant
Knowledge of finance, cost management, staff training, customer service, beverage knowledge (ordering, receiving, inventory), marketing, and revenue growth
Japanese language ability is a plus
