A Japanese logistics company based in Queens, New York is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and service beverage dispensing equipment, including beer dispensers and highball dispensers, for restaurants and other foodservice customers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving technical problems, and developing hands-on mechanical skills in a customer-facing environment.
＜Responsibilities＞
・Perform maintenance, cleaning, and preventive servicing of beer dispensers, highball dispensers, and other beverage dispensing equipment
・Install, inspect, and commission beverage dispensers at restaurants and foodservice establishments
・Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve equipment issues
・Provide equipment setup and on-site technical support at events
・Support brand marketing and promotional activities
・Perform other related duties as assigned
＜Qualifications＞
・Professional demeanor with an understanding of Japanese business etiquette and customer service standards
・Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn
・Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar
・Legally authorized to work in the United States
・Valid driver’s license preferred
