We are looking for a candidate who seeks Exporter of Commercial Freight at a famous Japanese logistics company.
<Job Description>
- Support Sales/Operation Activities by bridging between Regional Sales Team and operation teams (Seattle, Portland, Vancouver, BC, and San Francisco).
- Deliver high level of professional customer-services to effectively respond to the needs of our internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding and attending to the needs of the customers.
- Provide high level of coordination with, vendors, suppliers, agents and government agencies to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments.
- Ensure legal compliance and providing export administration and control within government rules and regulations, including appropriate licensing for shipments.
- Other duties as assigned
