A Japanese Accounting firm in Torrance, CA is seeking a Customer Service position.

<Job Description.
・Provide comprehensive customer support.
・They will assign you to a position based on your needs, such as payroll, bookkeeping, tax return preparation, etc.
・Depending on experience, they will consider leaving all customer work to you from the beginning.
・If you do not have sufficient experience, you may start with bookkeeping and they will gradually ask you to support tax return preparation.
・Other general duties as directed.
<Requirements.
・Business level English, business level Japanese
・At least 1 year of experience at an accounting firm
・Experience in payroll/bookkeeping/filing tax returns
