<Job Description>
*Operations & Service Management*.
– Evaluate customer prescriptions and visual requirements and recommend specific lenses, lens coatings, frames, and features appropriate for each customer.
– Assist customers in selecting, ordering, fitting, and adjusting eyeglasses.
– Respond to customer needs in a prompt and friendly manner and actively seek to understand customer concerns, requests and expectations.
– Understand and empathize with the customer’s point of view regarding any and all complaints.
– Understand and respond with integrity to customer complaints regarding products, services, and sales, and take the initiative to resolve them appropriately.
– Respond to customers, process payments, sales, and returns, and respond to customer inquiries.
– Explain to customers the online return and exchange policy, product and pricing information, warranty, and proper use and care of eyeglasses.
– Participate in regular staff meetings with EC Manager and CSC Manager to understand company announcements and daily sales goals.
– Manage and maintain the processing, billing, returns, exchanges, and warranty fulfillment of all orders from the e-commerce platform.
Notify customers promptly and courteously of any anticipated delays in orders.
– Maintain customer prescriptions, orders, payments, and other patient or business records in compliance with company policies and applicable privacy laws regarding patient information.
– Review and understand promotional offers posted on the website and in company announcements on a daily basis.
– Process and verify incoming inventory.
– To fully understand all products (lenses and frames) and production times offered, and to make the best recommendations for each customer’s individual needs.
<Qualifications>
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in the optical industry
At least 1 year of experience in retail customer service management preferred.
