As an accounting and general affairs staff member of a local subsidiary in Hawaii, you will be responsible for financial accounting and some general affairs duties. You will be responsible for supporting the local office through accounting, finance and accounting practices in cooperation with the accounting team at the head office in Japan, as well as general affairs operations such as office environment maintenance.

<Job Summary>
- Prepare financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, issue checks, and perform general bank processing duties.
- Checking payroll results (since the payroll department utilizes outsourcing, the main task is to coordinate with the outsourcing company and check the results)
- General operations related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, checks issued, and bank processing.
- Financial accounting operations in cooperation with external organizations (tax reporting in cooperation with certified public accountants, confirmation of compliance with laws, regulations, and rules, etc.)
- Office supply ordering and office environment maintenance
- General administration related tasks such as purchasing and setting up PCs.

【Required】
Able to obtain a work visa (with company support)
At least 3 years of accounting experience
Business level of English
English for communication with external organizations.
Certified Public Accountant
