<Job Description>
Configure internal servers, PCs, networks, telephony hardware and software for customers.
Perform on-site installation of servers, PCs, networks, telephony hardware and software.
Perform remote and on-site server, PC, network, and telephony hardware troubleshooting.
Provide administrative support for servers, PCs, network, and telephony hardware and software.
Perform on-site installation and troubleshooting. (Travel required)
Prepare and issue work and project records for installation and configuration of each piece of equipment.
Report and archive actual troubleshooting solutions and countermeasures for future reference.
Report the status of each project and the progress of troubleshooting to the team/project leader.
Conduct product research and market trend analysis as requested by the team leader.
Prepare proposals and quotations for customers as requested by the team leader.
Manage projects, vendors, and subcontractors to complete projects on time. etc.
<Technical Requirements>
You will maintain the following up-to-date technical standards and provide appropriate IT solutions to meet our clients’ requirements.
– Products from major software vendors such as Microsoft, Citirx, VMware, etc.
– Equipment from major network vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.
– Operation and maintenance of Unix/Linux and Windows servers.
– Server and PC security software and solutions.
– Local and wide area network technologies.
– Virtualization and storage technologies
