A major Japanese real estate company is seeking a Sales Representative to support its continued business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will introduce the company’s real estate and short-term rental services, support the sales process, and contribute to expanding the business in the Hawaii market.
＜Key Responsibilities＞
・Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients
・Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
・Present and promote real estate and short-term rental services
・Support contract preparation and execution
・Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
・Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
＜Qualifications＞
・Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
・Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
・Strong interest in sales and business development
＜Preferred Qualifications＞
・Previous sales experience
・Experience in the real estate industry
・Hawaii Real Estate License is a plus
