service to our customers.
<Responsibilities>
・Preparation of delivery notes for Outside Gulf cases
・Obtaining the vessel’s email address from agents and sending delivery notes to the Master
・ Following up with local suppliers for submission of invoices
・ Entering costs into AS400 (Purchasing System)
・ Uploading PODs to Kintone (Logistics System)
・ Preparation of AMS filing documents
・ Customer services for the urgent case after hours
・Other tasks assigned by the upper managers
