A major Japanese restaurant chain based in New York, New York is seeking a junior-level IT Support Specialist responsible for maintaining a stable internal IT environment and strengthening security.
In addition to providing office IT support, this role also involves supporting unique systems such as conveyor belt operations.
<Responsibilities>
・Configure and manage internal IT security settings
・Provide IT support to internal users (troubleshooting and helpdesk inquiries)
・Support the operation and maintenance of conveyor belt (kaiten sushi) systems
・Manage and support internal OS and system environments
・Set up and maintain IT equipment (PCs, networks, etc.)
・Provide first-level response to system issues and escalate as needed
<Qualifications>
・Approximately 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
・Basic knowledge of IT (networks, operating systems, hardware, etc.)
・Fundamental troubleshooting skills
・Strong communication and teamwork skills
<Preferred Skills & Experience>
・Experience with IT security configuration and operations
・Experience supporting business systems
・Knowledge of restaurant industry systems or store operations
・Japanese language skills (preferred but not required)
