＜Job Responsibility＞
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, including customer service, taking orders, serving food, and cashier duties
- Train and mentor staff and assist with shift scheduling
- Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support sales management and overall store operations
- Lead the team during busy service hours
＜Requirements＞
- Prior front-of-house experience in a restaurant setting
- Professional-level Japanese proficiency
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Leadership ability and experience guiding a team
