Real Estate Sales|Japanese Real Estate Company

A real estate company based in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Real Estate Sales professional to handle brokerage services for high-net-worth clients in Japan and Hawaii.

This position is not a typical “numbers-driven sales role,” but rather one that values strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with each individual high-net-worth client.

<Job Responsibilities>

  • Provide services to high-net-worth clients in Japan and Hawaii, including relationship building through referrals from existing clients and collaboration with professionals such as attorneys, private bankers, and family offices

  • Coordinate and attend property showings

  • Handle various procedures related to real estate transactions (buying and selling)

  • Prepare and manage contract documentation

  • Perform general secretarial and administrative support duties

  • Accompany and support clients managed directly by the company president (CEO)

  • Manage the full sales cycle from property proposals and negotiation of terms to closing

  • Provide after-sales support, including advice on property management, resale, and asset optimization

  • Design team KPIs and support team member development

  • Develop sourcing strategies for buy-and-resell projects, including cost control and inventory turnover management

  • Strengthen partner networks with developers, financial institutions, attorneys, tax accountants, and property managers

  • Standardize and systematize cross-border real estate transaction processes

  • Handle other related duties as required

Clients:

  • High-net-worth individuals in Japan

  • High-net-worth individuals in Hawaii and the U.S.
    ※ Many clients are Japanese-speaking only; in most cases, clients have English-speaking support.

Properties:

  • Vacation homes and second homes in Hawaii and Japan

  • Price range: JPY 100 million and above

  • High commission incentives available per closed deal

  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

  • Valid U.S. work authorization

  • Active real estate realtor license

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team-oriented mindset

Commission: 10% of net transaction value after expense deductions

Estimated Annual Income: Approximately $170K–$180K USD possible (not guaranteed)
