A real estate company based in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Real Estate Sales professional to handle brokerage services for high-net-worth clients in Japan and Hawaii.
This position is not a typical “numbers-driven sales role,” but rather one that values strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with each individual high-net-worth client.
<Job Responsibilities>

Provide services to high-net-worth clients in Japan and Hawaii, including relationship building through referrals from existing clients and collaboration with professionals such as attorneys, private bankers, and family offices

Coordinate and attend property showings

Handle various procedures related to real estate transactions (buying and selling)

Prepare and manage contract documentation

Perform general secretarial and administrative support duties

Accompany and support clients managed directly by the company president (CEO)

Manage the full sales cycle from property proposals and negotiation of terms to closing

Provide after-sales support, including advice on property management, resale, and asset optimization

Design team KPIs and support team member development
-
Develop sourcing strategies for buy-and-resell projects, including cost control and inventory turnover management

Strengthen partner networks with developers, financial institutions, attorneys, tax accountants, and property managers
-
Standardize and systematize cross-border real estate transaction processes
-
Handle other related duties as required
