<Position Overview>
The Kitchen Manager will oversee all kitchen operations at the ramen restaurant, including managing food preparation, ordering ingredients, maintaining hygiene standards, and training staff. Initially, you will learn all aspects of kitchen operations to identify your strengths and areas of expertise.
As a Kitchen Manager, you are expected to contribute to improving the quality of our food and supporting the overall growth of the restaurant.

Manage and supervise all food preparation activities

Order ingredients and manage inventory

Train and schedule kitchen staff

Ensure hygiene and quality control

Develop and suggest menu improvements

Optimize cooking processes and maintain safety standards

Experienced candidates will take full responsibility for overall kitchen operations as a manager
<Requirements>

Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager (experience in ramen is not required)

Strong leadership skills and a proactive mindset
