Consultant Sales Representative | HRAIT – Full Remote

aiTWorks is currently expanding, and we are looking for a Consultant Sales Representative to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about IT and marketing, and who wishes to grow through proactive sales activities and building strong client relationships.

＜Job Overview＞

This company provides a wide range of IT-related services including corporate website development, web production, online marketing for customer acquisition, system development, and network construction and maintenance. In addition to contract-based projects, the company also offers staffing services.

This position focuses primarily on sales activities, including new business development and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will propose IT-based solutions and ideas to help clients solve their business challenges. Responsibilities also include project management, as well as preparing proposals and presentation materials.

※There may be opportunities to visit clients located near your residence.

＜Main Responsibilities＞

・Conduct sales activities for both new and existing clients (including cold calls and in-person visits)
・Follow up with existing and new clients
・Handle phone inquiries
・Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales orders
・Manage potential sales opportunities
・Oversee project schedules
・Submit daily reports via email
・Attend morning meetings
・Participate in sales and general meetings
・Perform other sales-related administrative tasks (e.g., creating materials)

＜Requirements＞

・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Valid work authorization in the U.S.
・Strong leadership and teamwork skills
・Flexible and willing to engage in customer-facing tasks as needed
・Experience in IT or marketing is a plus
