<Job Overview>
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing various technical or service-related requests.
This includes troubleshooting website and email issues, answering general IT-related questions,
and playing a crucial role in enhancing the overall service experience
<Job Responsibilities>
・Email communication in Japanese and English
・Phone support
・Basic technical support for websites, emails, and computer systems
・Troubleshooting and operational support for service usage
・Providing high-quality customer service and building positive customer relationships
<Qualifications>
・General IT knowledge (training provided upon hire)
・Business-level Japanese language proficiency (required)
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Valid state driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa support provided)
<Preferred Skills>
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Enthusiasm for learning new systems and business processes
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Windows/Mac OS
• Basic knowledge of iPhone/Android operations
