A Japanese IT company located in San Diego, California is seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Representative.
This is a full-cycle sales position where you will be involved from prospecting and proposal to closing. Even if you do not have experience in the IT industry, the team will provide full support!

<Job Summary>
Provide sales and service proposals to Japanese companies and local businesses mainly in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles, offering solutions tailored to their business needs.
<Responsibilities>
・Sales of website development, system development, and hosting services
・Advertising sales for local media
・Sales of online marketing services (Google Ads management, SEO, etc.)
・Planning and organizing seminars and business networking events
<Requirements>
・Bachelor’s degree
・Valid work authorization (visa sponsorship not available)
・U.S. driver’s license
・Basic PC skills
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Ability to work well in a team, with independence, and strong communication skills
・Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience
<Preferred Skills>
・Sales experience (especially new client acquisition)
・Knowledge or experience in web, IT, or marketing fields
