A Japanese restaurant located in Los Altos, California is seeking a Lead Server.

<Job Responsibilities>

• Greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages

• Managing staff schedules and assigning daily tasks

• Training and supervising new staff members

• Handling and resolving customer complaints and requests

• Assisting with sales tracking, inventory checks, and placing orders

• Overseeing cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Coordinating with other departments such as the kitchen and management

• Proposing improvements to enhance service quality

<Requirements>

• Valid work authorization in the United States

• Over 1year of restaurant experience

• Customer service experience (food and beverage industry)

• Leadership and staff management skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to stay calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment
