A major Japanese travel agency in Waikiki is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide services in Japanese to travelers from Japan. This job is suitable for people who like to interact with people and want to share the charm of Hawaii with as many people as possible.

・Travel support and information for customers from Japan (in Japanese)
・Assist customers boarding and exiting trolleys and airport shuttles and manage operations
・Information, sales and arrangement of trolley passes and optional tours
・Respond to all questions and requests from customers from Japan

<Requirements>

・Ability to serve customers in polite Japanese
・Ability to provide basic explanations and inquiries to hotels and tour companies in English
・Ability to type and type accurately on a PC (including English)
・Ability to stand and walk for 3-6 hours without problems
・Work weekends and holidays included Able to work 40 hours a week, 5 days a week

Working Hours:
