As the head chef of a ramen izakaya, you will be responsible for overseeing the cooking operations and kitchen management of the entire restaurant. You will be responsible for everything from purchasing ingredients to menu development, hygiene management, and staff management.

・Develop and improve menus according to seasons and trends
・Negotiate with suppliers, order ingredients and manage inventory
・Supervise and train kitchen staff, manage shifts
・Manage kitchen hygiene and standardize cooking processes
・Cooking operations in general (ramen, a la carte dishes, snacks, etc.)
・Improve overall store operations by working with hall staff and store managers Improvement of overall restaurant operations through collaboration with hall staff and restaurant managers
・Control of ingredient costs and optimization of cost performance
