A leading Japanese restaurant chain is seeking a candidate to work as a HR Manager position in Schaumburg , Illinois.
This position is part of an expansion, with a focus on character over experience.
Headquarters is a small group, so other tasks other than HR (general affairs, accounting), etc. are also requested.
<Job Overview>
You will handle HR duties such as recruitment, training, evaluation, and labor management, working alongside the current HR team.
In addition to the above, there may be other tasks outside of HR duties.
<Requirements>
・Business-level English（+Japanese/Spanish）
*Japanese language skills are not required, but we welcome individuals who are interested in the Japanese language and culture.
・Over 5 year of HR experience
・Preference: 2 years of Manager experience
・Familiarity with the recruitment process
・Valid work status in the U.S.
